Sales and Service Engineer

Role overview

This position combines customer-facing sales/service coordination with hands-on technical support in Bengaluru. The role involves field-based work, machine repair and servicing, and maintaining a strong, professional relationship with customers.

What you will do

• Handle customer relationships and keep communication clear and consistent.
• Work on field assignments and provide on-site service support.
• Diagnose, repair, and service machines as required.
• Deliver timely technical assistance to customers.
• Support customers with problem-solving and service follow-through.

Skills and experience needed

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with technical troubleshooting, customer communication, and field work. Knowledge of English, Kannada, and Hindi is useful for day-to-day interactions. A bike with a valid license is required for travel to service locations.
