Role Overview

  • Apply interpretation of SCHADS Award and other relevant regulations to maintain compliant rostering and manage costs effectively.
  • Engage in consultation with staff and management to promote successful rostering and boost workforce participation.

  • Formulate staff schedules promoting meaningful employment and engagement.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure service delivery aligns with participant requirements.
