Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Organize room and cleaning schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Inspect assigned suites and public spaces for cleanliness and maintenance of furnishings, linens, and equipment
- Perform housekeeping tasks, such as bed-making, vacuuming, and cleaning
- Update room status and address discrepancies during shifts
- Randomly check assigned rooms to verify cleanliness standards
- Advise housekeepers on cleanliness issues and notify Executive Housekeeper of needed repairs
- Manage house opening and closing procedures by assigning rooms and confirming completion of cleaning
- Carry out additional duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- Minimum high school diploma
- Preferably at least one year of experience in a housekeeping role
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient multitasking capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Commitment to exceeding guest expectations
- Familiarity with cleanliness standards in hospitality
