About the Role and Company

K12 Techno Services, a prominent educational service provider in India since 2010, is seeking a dedicated Robotics & DIY Trainer / Educator to join their Pune-based team. The company specializes in delivering comprehensive academic solutions through its B2B brand Eduvate, which supports over 800 schools with curriculum products, teaching aids, online class management, and academic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with teachers to ensure that the robotics curriculum's objectives and goals are successfully met.
• Deliver and implement the robotics curriculum in classroom environments, conducting sessions and practical hands-on activities with students.
• Evaluate student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to facilitate their learning and growth.
• Spot high-achieving learners and prepare them for participation in robotics competitions.
• Conduct research and development of robotics projects using appropriate materials.
• Train teaching staff to ensure consistent and accurate delivery of robotics concepts in classrooms.

Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering.
• At least two years of experience teaching robotics subjects.
• Strong command over multiple programming languages relevant to robotics.
• In-depth knowledge of Arduino and ESP32 platforms, along with Internet of Things (IoT) applications.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Capability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse student learning styles and needs.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants with qualifications such as B.El.Ed in Elementary Education, Engineering Diplomas, or B.Tech / B.E. degrees specializing in Engineering Physics are eligible to apply.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in Pune, India, offering an annual remuneration ranging between 300,000 and 450,000 INR. The role involves direct interaction with students and teaching staff to foster the adoption and understanding of robotics technology in educational settings.
