Role Overview

Within Ripple Treasury (formerly GTreasury), a leading SaaS treasury and risk management solutions provider, the RFP Specialist is a vital contributor on the EMEA Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Head of the Global RFP Team and dotted-line reporting to the Regional Sales Leader, this position ensures global proposal consistency aligned with regional market strategies and active deals. The Specialist manages all regional proposal operations and serves as the main liaison for RFP and RFI processes in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and produce Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Questionnaires to drive higher success rates.
  • Fulfill Information Technical Questionnaires (ITQs) for existing clients related to audits and compliance.
  • Manage the RFP/ITQ response workflow which includes assigning questions, tracking project progress, managing Loopio software, formatting responses, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Handle multiple simultaneous projects efficiently, meeting all deadlines.
  • Interpret RFP and ITQ questions to craft targeted responses utilizing the content library, resource documents, and expert input.
  • Ensure all proposal responses maintain grammatical accuracy and consistent tone reflecting GTreasury’s brand and value.
  • Regularly update the content library to encompass changes in product features, market positioning, and competitive distinctions.
  • Oversee content review cycles to ensure accuracy and relevancy of library materials.
  • Modify content as needed to reflect evolving product capabilities, industry trends, and competition.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Compliance teams to produce comprehensive proposals.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Leader to align proposal content with regional competitive intelligence, priorities, and strategies.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts, including security compliance personnel, to ensure accuracy before deadlines.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in proposal management or RFP response within a B2B SaaS context.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating clear, compelling value propositions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the capability to juggle multiple concurrent tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical products and effectively communicate their business benefits.
  • Proven experience collaborating across Sales, Product, and Technical teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and proposal management platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Over 1 year of experience in treasury, financial services, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Familiarity with Loopio or similar RFP response software.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems for tracking and collaboration.
  • Background in technical writing, competitive intelligence, or product marketing.
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as French, German, Italian, or Spanish is desirable.
