Role Overview

As a Retail Team Member, you will play a key role in fostering a high-performance culture focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences throughout the store. Your responsibilities will span multiple areas including customer engagement and backend operations to ensure smooth store functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance across diverse store functions, including customer-facing roles and back-of-house duties.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards throughout every stage of the customer journey: before, during, and after sales.
• Support the JB Hi-Fi brand by helping with merchandising to ensure all products are presented attractively on the sales floor.
• Assist in the smooth and efficient processing and delivery of stock by adhering to store receiving protocols.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrates genuine enthusiasm and passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or gaming.
• Highly motivated with a strong results orientation and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Possesses clear and effective communication skills capable of engaging with a diverse range of customers and colleagues.
