Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead and inspire the team at our Milford Concept Store. The role emphasizes cultivating a customer-focused environment to deliver an outstanding shopping experience. Responsibilities include mentoring the team, driving sales performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering strong customer relationships to maximize store success.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a culture that prioritizes exceptional customer service with memorable experiences.
• Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and teamwork encouragement to staff members.
• Collaborate with State Leadership to achieve store profitability and effectiveness.
• Motivate and manage the team to meet sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Oversee operational tasks including roster management and back-of-house administrative duties.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience managing a busy, high-volume fashion retail store.
• Proven capability in leading medium to large teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on motivation and team development.
• Demonstrated commercial understanding to meet or exceed sales, labor cost, and shrinkage KPIs within budget constraints.
• Attention to detail combined with enthusiasm for styling and visual merchandising.
• Experience handling large stock volumes and stock control.
• Alignment with Seed Heritage values and a passion for contributing to the brand's success.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain lasting customer relationships through outstanding service.
