About the Role

Left Right Footwear, located in Goregaon, Mumbai, is searching for enthusiastic Retail Sales Executives to join their team on a full-time basis. The position involves engaging with customers, promoting products, and ensuring an excellent service experience at the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in choosing appropriate footwear.
• Describe product details, pricing, and ongoing offers.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the store.
• Process billing accurately and handle payment transactions including cash and cards.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.
• Meet daily and weekly sales targets set by the company.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of at least 10th or 12th grade education.
• Preference given to candidates with prior retail or footwear sales experience, though freshers are welcome.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• A friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed.
