Retail Sales Executive

Job Overview

You will serve as a retail sales representative specializing in building materials such as plywood, laminates, hardware, and fittings, helping customers find appropriate items for kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, and interiors in a showroom setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and accurately assess their needs regarding various construction and interior materials.
• Clearly communicate details about product features, quality grades, finishes, dimensions, and pricing to aid customer decisions.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable materials for kitchen designs, wardrobes, furniture, and other interior requirements.
• Generate quotations and support customers through completing purchase transactions.
• Collaborate with billing, accounting, and warehouse teams to manage inventory, stock availability, and delivery scheduling.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and messaging platforms like WhatsApp, as well as actively pursue potential leads.
• Ensure the showroom remains tidy, products well-displayed, and promotional areas organized.
• Maintain foundational sales records, including customer information and transactions.
• Provide material selection assistance to designers and contractors when requested.
