Role Purpose

As a Retail Consultant, you will personify our commitment to connect, listen and assist customers in finding products tailored to their needs. Greeting customers warmly, you will engage them thoughtfully to deepen their experience with our offerings. By demonstrating products aligned with customer requirements, you will deliver a welcoming and exceptional experience, contributing meaningfully to our commercial success.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Operate effectively within customer-facing roles, showcasing excellent service skills.
• Utilize strong selling techniques to achieve sales and commercial goals.
• Collaborate successfully within a team environment.
• Employ empathy to nurture positive interpersonal relationships and foster an inclusive setting for all.
• Maintain an open and curious mindset, keen to understand diverse perspectives and listen without bias.
• Demonstrate clear communication and adept problem-solving abilities.
• Possess prior knowledge of skincare products and the industry, considered advantageous.
• Familiarity with hair care, body care, fragrances, and home product categories is also beneficial.

Work Hours

• Friday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Total commitment of approximately 12 hours per week, onsite at our Auckland Ponsonby location.
