Join Clean Affinity, a local family-owned cleaning company highly rated in the Portland, OR metropolitan area. We offer residential cleaning opportunities with pay up to $25 per hour plus generous tips, paid weekly. Enjoy a supportive, independent work atmosphere, working primarily alone with the freedom to listen to your favorite music while working.
Working Hours & Location
Positions are onsite within Portland metro area with shifts scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, providing you with weekends completely off.
Training & Support
New hires receive a one-week, one-on-one training facilitated by an experienced mentor to familiarize them with our eco-friendly cleaning methods. Continued mentor support after training helps improve your quality and efficiency.
Cleaning Approach
Our team utilizes only all-natural, eco-friendly cleaning products with no harsh chemicals or bleaches, favoring safe and non-irritating supplies combined with hard work.
Candidate Requirements
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle capable of transporting cleaning equipment (roommate's or moped vehicles are not permitted)
