Role Overview

Agenda Executiva em Saúde is looking for a diligent Research Assistant / Research Analyst to facilitate research projects by gathering and analyzing data to provide insightful information that underpins business decisions and organizational goals. This role involves working closely with multiple teams to conduct both qualitative and quantitative research, preparing detailed reports, and offering data-backed recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop research strategies and methodologies tailored to project needs.
• Collect, verify, and organize data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy.
• Conduct market and industry analyses to identify trends and competitor benchmarks.
• Prepare comprehensive research reports and presentations summarizing complex data clearly.
• Visualize data using dashboards and other graphical tools to monitor key performance indicators.
• Collaborate across departments including business teams, project managers, and subject experts to advance strategic initiatives and business cases.
• Maintain and update research databases and documentation for knowledge management purposes.
• Continuously refine research techniques and evaluate emerging trends to enhance analysis quality.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong grasp of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experienced in data collection, statistical evaluation, market research, and business analysis.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is favorable.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, SPSS, or comparable analytical software is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Skilled in organizing and interpreting large datasets from multiple channels.
• Effective communicator with the ability to produce thorough reports and presentations.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple research tasks under deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience with survey design, data validation, benchmarking, and trend analysis is a plus.
• Maintains high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
• Professional certifications in related fields such as research, business analysis, data analytics, or project management are beneficial.
