Role Overview

The Reporter position is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam. This role involves covering activities related to business analysis training, events, and consultancy projects by crafting clear and captivating news pieces, articles, and reports. Daily tasks include collecting information via interviews and observation, confirming facts, and simplifying complex business analysis subjects for varied audiences.

The role also entails producing multimedia materials, such as videos, graphics, and social media posts, working together with trainers and consultants to pinpoint newsworthy updates, and regularly providing content across digital platforms. The Reporter will collaborate closely with team members to ensure all outputs reflect the organization’s goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong capabilities in reporting and news writing to gather and verify information and deliver accurate, timely content.
• Excellent communication and writing skills to clearly and engagingly express intricate topics in various formats.
• Proficiency in multimedia production to develop and tailor content for online mediums, including basic video, audio, and graphic elements.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in journalism, especially covering business analysis or IT-related topics, is advantageous.
• Preferred bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, Business, or related disciplines.
• Fluency in English and familiarity with digital publishing and social media tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Dammam and maintain professional interactions with trainers, clients, and stakeholders.
