Position Summary
The Relationship Manager will be based at the YES Bank office in Hyderabad and will support the Section Leader/Team Leader in generating leads to expand the liability portfolio. The role focuses on building and enhancing banking relationships, particularly within Ecommerce, Start-ups, Fintech, and IT/ITES sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and establish new client relationships while nurturing profitable and diverse connections with senior-level management in the current client base.
- Adhere to YES Bank's policies, processes, systems, and regulatory standards applicable to the position.
- Collaborate with supervisors to assess the banking requirements of existing and prospective customers, proposing suitable liability products.
- Possess strong financial analysis capabilities tailored to the specific banking products being offered to clients.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of YES Bank's product range and, under guidance, promote cross-selling opportunities across all banking services.
- Ensure meticulous documentation, effective client communication, compliance with processes, and coordination with product partners, Operational Staff Division, Risk Management, and other Relationship Management teams.
- Meet the bank’s goals relating to revenue generation, expansion of the liability book, cross-selling of CMS and DB products, and attracting Foreign Direct Investment, in line with the agreed targets.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records about the liability portfolio, profit and loss, and cross-selling efforts within the CRM or portfolio management systems.
- Concentrate primarily on clients operating in e-Commerce, Fintech, IT & ITES, and Digital NBFC sectors.
