About the Role
This full-time position based in Delhi-NCR requires managing and expanding relationships with Affluent and Super Affluent clients (HNI/UHNI) to grow Assets Under Management (AUM) and provide comprehensive investment advisory services across diverse asset classes. The role emphasizes client acquisition, portfolio oversight, and enhancing client engagement with personalized wealth solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new HNI/UHNI clients and build a robust prospect pipeline converting them into loyal clients.
- Manage clients possessing investable assets exceeding ₹1 Crore, ensuring client retention and fostering relationship strength.
- Provide investment advice across Equity, Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Structured Products, tailoring strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Monitor portfolio performance continually and rebalance portfolios as necessary to meet client goals.
- Boost revenue by increasing wallet share through cross-selling and upselling various financial products.
- Meet individual revenue and AUM growth targets via thorough client advisory and product penetration.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about financial market trends, products, and investment opportunities, providing timely insights and recommendations.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience in private banking, wealth management, or brokerage sectors with proven exposure to handling HNI/UHNI clients.
- Substantial experience managing clients with investable surplus of over ₹1 Crore.
- Expertise in Mutual Funds, PMS, Structured Products, and Equity advisory services.
- Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to deliver financial advisory tailored to client needs.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, adopting a consultative, target-driven sales approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, demonstrating career stability with at least 3 to 4 years in current or previous roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM with specialization in Finance or Marketing is preferred.
- Additional certifications such as NISM, CFP, or CFA are advantageous.
