SBI Pension Funds is the largest pension fund in India, authorized by PFRDA, managing assets worth over 5.6 trillion INR as of March 31, 2025, under National Pension Scheme (NPS), Universal Pension Scheme (UPS), and Atal Pension Yojana (APY). Key Responsibilities

• Work under the supervision of the Territory Manager to convert NPS business through the Government Channel and meet assigned targets.
• Engage with SBI Group channel partners and organize awareness sessions across government offices within the assigned region.
• Coordinate with Government Nodal Officers or relevant authorities to facilitate NPS awareness programs and establish helpdesks for enrolling employees in NPS.
• Provide local-level support and service to Nodal Officers and government employees, collaborating with the central team as necessary.
• Strive to achieve targets related to PRAN issuance and Asset Under Management (AUM) growth for SBI Pension Funds.
• Deliver online or face-to-face presentations to senior management and employees.
• Assist government subscribers by addressing their queries effectively.
• Build professional relationships with government officials and educate employees about available pension schemes, encouraging migration to SBI PF pension schemes.
• Travel to boost product visibility, identify potential business opportunities, and enhance profitability through strategic research.
• Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by management.

Eligibility and Qualifications

Applicants must hold a graduate degree in any discipline.

Additional Information

The role demands frequent travel and regular engagement with government offices. The candidate must be proactive in building relationships and promoting pension products within government sectors.
