Role Overview

This position, based in Hamilton, New Zealand, entails providing timely, high-quality residential property valuation reports covering the Waikato region. The role requires excellent communication to facilitate smooth client interactions and to manage business opportunities effectively while meeting personal annual targets. It involves operational focus and regular collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Registered Valuer (NZIV) holding a current Annual Practicing Certificate
• Holds a degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualification
• Industry experience pertinent to residential valuations
• Listed on Valocity and Cotality Valuation Panels
• Attention to detail with strong report writing and analytical abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
