Job Overview

Invixium seeks a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This permanent, full-time role reports directly to the Senior Director of Sales for the KSA and Levant regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over their territory and a proven record in sales growth, eager to significantly contribute to Invixium’s growth trajectory. Collaboration with internal teams such as Systems Engineering, Customer Success, Product Management, Professional Services, Support, and Finance is essential to secure and finalize deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop new business opportunities by leveraging personal networks and qualifying leads.
  • Meet or exceed enterprise sales quota targets consistently.
  • Expand enterprise accounts as well as upper mid-market segments for biometric solutions.
  • Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline within the region.
  • Provide accurate quarterly business forecasts and plans.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor on solutions.
  • Coordinate all customer interactions involving relevant internal departments.
  • Ensure timely updates of customer information using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with Marketing on event coordination.
  • Secure flagship accounts in key verticals such as Oil & Gas, Industrial, Airports, and Government.
  • Lead campaigns from Proof of Concept to full deployment.
  • Contribute to formulating sales strategies for projects and customers.
  • Prepare management reports including sales forecasts and analyses.
  • Optimize distribution inventory levels and support production scheduling.
  • Operate effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Negotiate agreements and close sales aligning with company goals.

Experience & Expertise

  • Minimum of 15 years managing enterprise accounts including Government, Finance, Infrastructure, and Education sectors.
  • Preferred background working with a global security manufacturer.
  • Proven success in channel sales and channel management.
  • Experience in appointing and managing distributors.
  • Strong network of relationships with leading system integrators.
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and goal-driven personality.
  • Consistent history of surpassing quarterly quotas.
  • Familiarity with Physical Security products and startups or early-stage growth environments.
  • Technical proficiency in Access Control and Time & Attendance solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise security vendors such as LenelS2, Genetec, Gallagher, and others.
  • Knowledge of Time Attendance, Physical Security principles, and networking technologies.
  • Engineering background with focus on Oil & Gas, Utility, or Manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven experience engaging with Service Level Agreements and Authorized Service Centers at large enterprises.
  • Proficient at building and nurturing strong Channel Partner relationships.
  • Existing contacts with key resellers in the assigned territory to accelerate business opportunities.
  • High ethical standards combined with a consultative sales approach that builds customer trust.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and persuasion skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Competence in technical and marketing concepts with the ability to present both effectively.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of biometric products, industry trends, and market intelligence.
