• Drive regional sales performance ensuring targets for volume, brand, and market share are met.
• Foster a culture focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
• Forecast business needs and devise strategic plans to fulfill organizational goals.
• Identify gaps and implement corrective measures promptly.
• Lead and nurture sales teams to enhance their performance and capabilities.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and ensure workforce discipline.
• Analyze factors influencing sales effectiveness, recognize obstacles, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• At least 2-3 years in a Second Line Manager role or 4 years as a First Line Manager.
• Graduate degree is mandatory; B.Pharma in any specialization is acceptable.
