About the Role

We are seeking a Recruitment Associate for a Life Insurance company based in Kolkata, West Bengal, to oversee the end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing suitable candidates, conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and managing job advertisements. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for performing background verifications. The role offers a monthly in-hand salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹50,000 along with opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refresh job descriptions as needed.
• Utilize online platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Review resumes, perform candidate interviews, and assess tests.
• Promote job vacancies on various job portals and social media channels.
• Create candidate shortlists and work closely with managers to anticipate future recruitment needs.

Job Requirements and Skills

• Minimum educational qualification is completion of 12th grade.
• Experience ranging from freshers up to over 6 years is acceptable.
• Familiarity with resume databases and proficiency in both verbal and written communication are essential.
• Must possess effective sourcing strategies and sound decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility to work five days a week.
