Recruitment Drive Details

We are inviting applications for various positions in Design and Product Engineering for automotive interior product development. The event will take place on 22nd August 2026 from 9 AM to 2 PM at our Pune office located at Smartworks M-Agile, 10th Floor, PAN Card Club Road, Baner.

Open Positions and Experience Required

• Design Engineer: 3 to 5 years experience
• Senior Design Engineer: 5 to 8 years experience
• Product Engineer: 8 to 11 years experience
• Senior Product Engineer: 11 to 15 years experience

Key Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in CATIA V5 or 3DEXPERIENCE (CATIA V6)
• Expertise in automotive interior trim design and product development
• Knowledge of automotive regulations and standards
• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems is advantageous

Work Areas

• Development of headliner systems
• Design of door and hard trim components
• Instrument panels and center consoles
• Cockpit system design

Eligibility Criteria
