About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis, working fully remote. This role offers a compensation ranging between $30 and $42 per hour and involves identifying and acquiring qualified professionals to meet our project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement advanced sourcing techniques to locate talent across multiple platforms and varied candidate pools.
• Evaluate and screen resumes thoroughly to ensure candidates fit specific project criteria.
• Coordinate structured interview sessions and provide insightful feedback to enhance hiring decisions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to guide project planning and effectively allocate resources.
• Use persuasive communication and consultative selling approaches to attract and motivate potential contributors.
• Work closely with stakeholders to revise project scopes and candidate requirements in response to market trends.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and evaluation.
