Position Overview

We are looking to hire a Recruiter (m/w/d) at our Frankfurt am Main location as soon as possible. This is a permanent part-time role offering 30 working hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage candidates throughout the entire recruitment and selection process, starting from initial contact to final hiring decisions.
• Plan, organize, execute, and follow up on candidate days, assessment centers, and recruitment events.
• Represent the company at education, career, and personnel fairs.
• Create, post, and optimize job advertisements on job boards, social media, and career portals.
• Oversee and perform administrative recruitment tasks while maintaining the applicant management system.
• Work closely with the training department, various business units, and leadership to ensure seamless coordination.
• Contribute actively to building a positive candidate experience and strengthening employer branding.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, HR training, or an equivalent qualification.
• Initial experience in recruitment, applicant management, human resources, or talent acquisition is advantageous.
• Enjoy interacting with people and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate a structured, thorough, and independent working style.
• Exhibit high service orientation and professional demeanor toward applicants and internal stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with digital recruiting tools is a plus.
• Possess a hands-on attitude, flexibility, and the ability to maintain perspective in dynamic environments.
