About the Role
Tesla seeks a driven High Volume Recruiter to bolster talent acquisition efforts across various sectors including manufacturing, service, energy, skilled trades, internships, and other high-demand recruitment teams. This role requires excellence in identifying, attracting, and evaluating talent while cultivating strong relationships with business units and HR colleagues. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to determine talent needs, advise on hiring approaches, and support workforce planning.
- Screen internal/external applications, conduct proactive candidate sourcing, interview prospects to evaluate fit and skills, and act as a trusted recruiting consultant to clients.
- Design and implement strategies to build and maintain robust talent pipelines across diverse roles and regions.
- Efficiently allocate time and resources while keeping stakeholders informed regularly, utilizing data insights effectively.
- Employ varied techniques to identify, attract, and engage candidates, creatively capturing attention during outreach.
- Maintain expert knowledge of recruiting processes, systems, and workflows amid frequent change.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of recruitment experience in high-volume or fast-paced environments, either corporate or agency.
- Proven track record managing multiple requisitions with expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional candidate and hiring partner experiences throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills to effectively promote the significance of each role relative to Tesla's mission.
- High organizational aptitude with a sense of urgency and capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and maintaining precise recruitment documentation.
- Established relationship-building skills with hiring teams and business partners; combined agency and corporate backgrounds preferred.

- Competitive annual salaries ranging by level: Associate Recruiter ($57,600–$86,400), Recruiter ($75,600–$113,400), Senior Recruiter ($100,800–$151,200).
