- Design, enforce, and supervise recovery and mitigation plans; verify updates and look-ahead schedules submitted by contractors.
- Oversee performance of contractors and subcontractors across disciplines, pinpoint underperformance, and suggest corrective or replacement actions as needed.
- Manage subcontractor interface points, sequencing, and trade coordination effectively.
- Lead meetings related to recovery, coordination, and performance aspects.
- Monitor availability of work sites, access difficulties, design changes, procurement delays, readiness for testing and commissioning, and regulatory approvals.
- Work closely with consultants, designers, contractors, operators, and authorities to solve delivery impediments.
- Contribute to evaluating recovery-related expenses, acceleration activities, and mitigation proposals.
- Support contractual communications regarding delays, non-compliance, or recovery obligations.
- Keep track of impacts on sectional completions, milestones, operational readiness, and interfacing with stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a similar field.
- At least 15 years of experience managing large-scale construction and project delivery.
- Proficient with Primavera P6, critical path analysis, recovery scheduling, construction sequencing, testing & commissioning, operational readiness, and contract administration.
- Proven track record with contractor and subcontractor management on complex multidisciplinary projects.
- Experience in hospitality, entertainment, infrastructure, or giga-project sectors is advantageous.
- Background in delivery partner or Project Management Consultancy environments preferred.
- Must meet visa requirements for Saudi Arabia and have relevant experience on high-value projects for project management consultancies to satisfy immigration and client standards.
