Role overview
We are hiring a polished, customer-oriented Receptionist for an onsite position in Doha, Qatar. This opportunity is ideal for someone who communicates well, enjoys working with people, and can handle front-desk duties smoothly in both spoken and written Swedish.
What you will do
- Greet and support visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional way.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, then route them to the right person or team.
- Organize appointments, meeting room reservations, and visitor records.
- Receive, send, and track correspondence as well as courier deliveries.
- Assist different departments with administrative tasks whenever needed.
- Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and welcoming at all times.
- Respond to customer questions promptly and provide a high level of service.
What we are looking for
- At least 1 year of experience working as a receptionist or in a customer service position.
- Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Good customer service sense and solid organizational ability.
- Comfort handling front-desk operations and routine administrative work.
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
- A valid Qatar ID (QID) is required.
