Quality Checker

About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Checker to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent (ST1). This is a temporary ongoing full-time position based onsite in a large warehouse. The role involves verifying stock, performing quality checks on products, conducting stocktaking, and carrying out general warehouse duties. Experience operating a forklift truck (FLT) is an advantage but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify stock accuracy
• Conduct thorough quality checks on products
• Assist with regular stocktaking activities
• Carry out various warehouse tasks as needed
• Operate within a large warehouse environment

Requirements

• Positive approach towards completing tasks with high quality standards
• Prior experience in quality checking roles
• Capable of heavy lifting
• Ability to work independently without supervision

Working Hours and Salary

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of 14.30, paid weekly via PAYE. Standard deductions for Tax, National Insurance, and Pension contributions apply unless opted out. The work schedule rotates weekly between the following shifts:

• Week 1: 06:00 to 14:00
• Week 2: 14:00 to 22:00
