Role Overview

This position involves a full-time, on-site engagement as a Quality Assurance Engineer based in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main Metropolitan Area. You will be tasked with developing and sustaining quality benchmarks for manufacturing processes to ensure product compliance with both regulatory directives and customer demands. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential to address quality issues, introduce new products and processes, and perform root cause analyses that guide continuous improvement initiatives. Your role contributes significantly to upholding certifications such as PED, ISO 9001, and TSG.

Essential Qualifications and Competencies

• Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience with level 2 visual, penetrant, and radiographic inspections is preferable.
• Familiarity with quality management standards including ISO 9001, ASME, and API Q1/Q2 is advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing methodologies, materials, and inspection procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving aptitude, capable of balancing and prioritizing several projects concurrently.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written, that facilitate quality-related discourse across organizational tiers.
• Proficiency in German and English languages is ideal.
