Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Development and Suez Group support teams to prepare bids for PPP/BOT, EPC, and O&M municipal and industrial projects.
• Assist Business Developers in identifying and pursuing business opportunities by responding to EOIs and RFQs from public and private sector entities.
• Contribute to determining bid strategies, identifying potential partners and sub-consultants to maximize success, and actively participate in consortium meetings.
• Manage bid budgets, schedules, deliverables and coordinate multi-site, multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely tender submissions.
• Set target prices and project cost estimates for bids in partnership with Business Developers.
• Define deadlines for components of the bid in collaboration with partners and SUEZ teams, ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Identify potential project risks and mitigation measures, as well as opportunities, aligning with SUEZ policies with support from technical, legal, fiscal, and contractual experts.
• Engage in contract negotiations with clients, secure management approvals, and facilitate a smooth handover to the execution teams.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Hydraulic Engineering from a university or engineering school.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in PPP/BOT, EPC, and O&M project environments, including formative exposure to tender responses.
• Strong knowledge of commercial, contractual, and technical aspects of PPP/BOT, EPC, and O&M projects.
• Demonstrated leadership and facilitation capabilities, adaptability to multicultural settings.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills in international teams.
• Capability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
