About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation, monitoring, and circulation of project documentation including meeting agendas and minutes.
- Ensure projects comply with internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meet scheduled timelines to facilitate smooth study start-up and client project initiation.
- Work collaboratively with team members to guarantee timely delivery of final project documents to clients.
- Coordinate with technical staff and supervisors to identify changes in project scope and assist in revising statements of work (SOW) for proposal management.
- Maintain project-related databases and trackers using project management software to keep accurate records of project and customer information.
- Collaborate with laboratory and finance teams to ensure prompt and accurate client invoicing, including verification of project completion and pricing details within project management systems.
- Manage customer inquiries, requests, and complaints by escalating as necessary and working closely with project managers, sales, and operations teams to provide effective solutions.
- Adhere to relevant regulatory standards, company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), SOPs, safety guidelines, and biosafety protocols.
- Acquire knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GLP, GCP, OECD guidelines, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business, biological sciences, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in project management within a regulated laboratory or research setting; experience in a Contract Research Organization is preferred.
- An equivalent mix of education and experience may also satisfy requirements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Analytical thinker with solid problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize and adjust to changing situations.
- Proficiency with computer software including MS Office, MS Teams, Excel; experience with databases and project management tools is advantageous.
