Project Manager

Role Overview

The selected professional will oversee the comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of projects adhering strictly to allocated budgets, set timelines, and defined scopes. They are expected to actively monitor progress and communicate updates effectively to stakeholders and project team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between internal project managers and vendors, managing project deliverables which include preparing presentations and engaging with diverse internal stakeholders.
• Handle all phases of procurement, from tender invitations through to contract approvals, ensuring seamless process management.
• Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, supervising reallocations, change orders, commitments, expenditures, and forecasting through ongoing analysis.
• Lead regularly scheduled project meetings, ensuring tasks are documented and tracked appropriately.
• Coordinate and oversee activities of various parties such as architects, consultants, and contractors to guarantee adherence to relevant authority regulations during project execution.
• Engage with pertinent authorities when necessary to expedite required approvals.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables closely, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders about progress, challenges, and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction, or related disciplines.
• Having an architectural background and PMP certification is advantageous and favored.
• A minimum of eight years in property development with strong expertise in real estate and architectural planning.
• Comprehensive understanding of property development processes and regulations in Singapore.
• Proficient knowledge of authority submissions, local building codes, and procedural requirements applicable within Singapore.
