Role Overview

We seek a Project Management Specialist for our Languages Team in Dublin to lead and oversee localization initiatives. The role involves managing multilingual projects across 40+ languages, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of content for product releases and marketing campaigns. This position balances operational constraints and stakeholder needs while harnessing language, tech, and product collaboration to optimize global content rollout.

Key Duties

• Take full ownership of localization projects from planning through post-launch review, including scheduling and quality management.
• Coordinate complex, urgent localization workflows involving diverse content types and numerous languages to meet critical deadlines.
• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams such as product owners, engineers, marketing, legal, and customer support to clarify objectives and deliverables.
• Manage relationships with external language vendors, overseeing assignment distribution, performance tracking, delivery schedules, issue resolution, and budget control.
• Leverage AI-driven translation and project management tools to identify automation opportunities and enhance team efficiency.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve bottlenecks, escalate issues when necessary, and devise contingency plans.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports to ensure transparency on progress, risks, and next steps.
• Uphold localization quality standards by coordinating reviews to guarantee accurate, culturally appropriate, and consistent content.
• Drive continuous process improvements by analyzing challenges, collecting stakeholder feedback, and implementing scalable solutions within the team.
• Provide structured support during high-pressure periods by clarifying priorities and managing shifting deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum two years project management or coordination experience, preferably in localization, translation, content operations, or fast-paced tech environments.
• Knowledge of CAT tools, translation management systems, or localization workflows.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholder expectations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution-driven mindset capable of recognizing risks, streamlining processes, and driving issues to resolution.
• Strong written and verbal English communication abilities.
• High attention to detail with dedication to delivering accurate, top-quality work.
• Collaborative aptitude for working with multicultural and cross-functional teams at various seniority levels.
• Interest in AI, automation, technology, and ongoing process enhancements.
• Additional languages are advantageous but not mandatory.
