Project Controls & Planning Specialist - UAE

About the Role and Company

Converra Consulting & Services is an expanding advisory firm focused on the GCC region, providing expertise in PMO & PMC advisory, commercial management, and claims & expert services. We assist contractors and developers in safeguarding value throughout complex projects.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Controls & Planning professional to manage scheduling and cost control aspects ensuring our clients' projects remain defensible and aligned with plans.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project controls or planning within construction, infrastructure, or EPC projects in the GCC.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 including baseline creation, progress tracking, resource and cost allocation, and earned value management reporting.
• Practical knowledge of S-curves, cash flow forecasting, and monthly progress reporting.
• Experience with delay documentation and forensic schedule analysis; familiarity with TIA/APAB is advantageous.
• Strong skills in Excel and Power BI for dashboard creation and management reporting.
• Educational background in Engineering or Construction Management; PMP or PSP certification is preferred.
