Special Air Missions Group Overview
The Special Air Missions (SAM) Group develops and delivers Metrea's ISR, Special Mobility, and Aerial Firefighting (AFF) capabilities. SAM manages the integration of new mission systems, operational readiness for specialized aviation, fleet maintenance, regulatory compliance, and strategic partnerships to maintain adaptable and mission-ready airborne operations.
Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior ISR Program Manager to oversee and support complex ISR programs, with a focus on manned airborne ISR missions and U.S. government contracting expertise. The role encompasses planning, execution, and management of ISR operations domestically and in austere international settings, requiring travel within the continental U.S. approximately 50% of the time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ISR program planning and execution, including establishing deployment and spoke operations.
- Collaborate with government agencies and industry partners to achieve mission objectives.
- Manage program timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Support the development of proposals and contract modifications.
- Maintain operational readiness and program sustainment of ISR platforms.
Candidate Qualifications
- 6 to 12 years managing manned airborne ISR operations.
- Expertise in U.S. government contracting and acquisition processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Experienced with ISR deployment stand-ups and spoke operation management.
- Knowledgeable in operational planning and mission management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- PMP and/or DAU certifications preferred but may be substituted with relevant experience on a case-by-case basis.
- Possess a valid U.S. passport and driver's license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, though extensive experience may waive this requirement.

Additional Information
- Position requires Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- This is a full-time, non-exempt role with typical office hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., though flexibility and on-call availability may be necessary.
- Work location is office-based in Tampa, Florida.
- Travel required within continental U.S. at 50%.
