Key Duties

• Help plan and oversee daily production tasks.
• Ensure production goals are met within deadlines.
• Monitor product quality to ensure company standards are maintained.
• Work closely with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Keep accurate records of production activities and generate daily reports.
• Detect and report any production-related issues to supervisors.
• Optimize use of materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations and standard operating procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a graduate; freshers are eligible to apply.
• Basic proficiency in English is required.
• Strong skills in production planning and quality control.
• Ability to work well in a team and solve problems efficiently.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations.

• Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month (fixed).
