Position Overview
The Product Setup Specialist role based in Mumbai requires managing precise product information within ecommerce systems. The specialist ensures that product listings are correctly created and updated, digital assets are uploaded, and every product is prepared for launch effectively.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create and manage product listings on Shopify, including handling SKUs, variants, pricing, and collections.
- Upload product-related digital assets such as images, CAD files, and certificates.
- Maintain accuracy and quality of product data across platforms.
- Support the rollout of new products and update catalogs accordingly.
- Handle large sets of data and contribute to process improvements in product setup.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in product setup, ecommerce catalog, or product data management.
- Proven background in the jewelry sector is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Shopify product setup tasks.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience managing SKUs, CSV files, and bulk product updates.
- Excellent command of American English for both written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy capability.
- Good analytical and problem-solving aptitude and ability to juggle multiple assignments precisely.
Working Conditions
The role is office-based in Mumbai, working according to the US Eastern Time Zone (New York hours).
