About DigniFi
DigniFi specializes in point-of-sale financing solutions, supporting over 2,000 partners to boost revenue, increase accessory sales, and reduce deferred auto repairs. We collaborate with dealerships and service centers to provide financing products encompassing repairs, services, parts, accessories, and maintenance packages right at the point of sale.
As we expand, our growth relies heavily on integrating deeply with software platforms commonly used by dealerships. This role plays a pivotal part in that strategy.
Our mission is to support auto dealers and service centers by providing their customers with innovative and inclusive financing options. Our vision centers on making financing accessible and inclusive for everyday needs.
Role Overview
This position differs from a conventional Product Manager role. As the Product Manager - Partner Integrations, you will lead the strategy for integrating with critical partners such as DMS providers, OEMs, service lane platforms, payment processors, and warranty administrators.
Your success will be evaluated by your influence over partner product and engineering teams, your ability to construct compelling business cases, and your effectiveness in delivering complex integrations to market. You will collaborate across various internal departments and external partners to grow DigniFi's technological ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the partner integration roadmap with strategic technology partners.
- Create integration approaches that embed financing deeply into the dealership service workflow, supported by data linking integration depth to business impact.
- Convert business goals into detailed technical requirements including APIs, data models, and implementation plans.
- Work alongside the Commercial Partnerships team to craft commercial and product proposals that encourage partners to prioritize DigniFi within their roadmaps.
- Act as the primary product liaison to partner Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams during integration projects.
- Align efforts with in-house Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth project progress.
- Anticipate and address technical, operational, and organizational challenges before they affect delivery timelines; escalate to executives internally and with partners when needed.
- Track integration success through adoption rates, activation levels, financing volume, and customer engagement, using these insights to guide future plans.
- Maintain clear visibility into all ongoing integrations, including milestones, dependencies, and partner commitments.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Management, with preference for those focused on platforms, APIs, or partner integrations.
- Demonstrated capability to lead and influence cross-company product initiatives without direct authority.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication processes, and other technical integration concepts, including interpreting integration documents.
- Proven skill in building compelling business cases that drive investment and prioritize engineering efforts across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities to navigate both technical and business teams successfully.
- Experience in fintech, payments, embedded finance, SaaS, or related technology sectors is preferred.
- Background in automotive technology, such as dealership software, DMS platforms, fixed operations, OEM relationships, or repair order processes is highly valued.
- Familiarity with enterprise software vendors, strategic technology alliances, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and rapidly growing or startup settings is a plus.
Employee Benefits and Work Environment
- Opportunity for significant growth in a rapidly expanding company.
- Founded with a mission to provide respectful, transparent, and responsible financial assistance to customers in need.
- Organization prioritizes excellence while maintaining work-life balance.
- Collaborative, close-knit team culture with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
- Flexible workplace arrangements, including full remote work.
- Flexible paid time off and 12 paid holidays annually.
- Employer covers up to 80% of premiums for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Coverage includes long-term disability and basic life insurance.
- Paid parental leave and a matching 401(k) retirement plan.
