Product Manager

Role Overview

Inspirato is hiring a Product Manager in Denver, CO to report to the Senior Director, Product Management. This salaried, exempt role will own the strategy, backlog, and delivery for one or more products across the company’s luxury travel portfolio. The products may include member-facing web and mobile experiences, internal tools used by concierge and ambassador teams, and partner-facing platforms. As the business and team expand, the scope of the role may shift.

The engineering organization is strongly AI-oriented, and the team actively builds with AI tools, including Claude. The right candidate will see AI as a practical way to improve member experiences and internal efficiency, not as a trend or buzzword.

What You’ll Do

• Build and continuously refine a product roadmap, turning business objectives and user feedback into a prioritized backlog of clear Jira stories.
• Act as the main connection point between stakeholders and engineering, translating business needs while keeping the end user at the center.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams in Figma to give timely feedback, remove blockers, and keep everyone aligned on goals and acceptance criteria.
• Set outcome measures and KPIs for your product areas, then use behavioral data from tools such as Clarity and FullStory to guide prioritization and confirm results.
• Lead ongoing discovery through user interviews, session recordings, and support trend analysis, and apply those findings to product strategy.
• Share roadmap progress, risks, and decisions with stakeholders clearly and in a proactive manner.
• Assess and champion AI-powered features and tools, including Claude, that can improve the member journey or increase team productivity.
• Make thoughtful calls on when an idea should wait versus when it should be declined entirely, recognizing that problem-solving continues beyond the first solution.
• Take on additional duties as needed.

Experience and Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of product management experience, preferably on consumer-facing digital products.
• Solid working knowledge of agile practices and tools, including writing stories in Jira, facilitating sprint ceremonies, and iterating toward measurable outcomes.
• Strong ability to juggle competing priorities and make practical, data-backed tradeoffs.
• Comfort using behavioral analytics platforms such as Clarity or FullStory and converting usage data into actionable insight.
• Experience collaborating with design in Figma, including reviewing wireframes, giving feedback, and working on prototypes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with strong emotional intelligence.
• Service-oriented leadership style focused on removing blockers and reducing ambiguity for the team.
• Understanding of MVP thinking and the ability to release value in increments rather than waiting for a perfect solution.
• Curiosity about AI tools such as Claude and how they can be applied to product and workflow challenges.
• Very detail-focused, with the ability to plan, organize, create roadmaps, and negotiate solutions with business partners.
• BA/BS in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000. Inspirato notes that compensation is based on market rates for similar companies and locations, along with factors such as seniority, performance, education or training, and relevant experience.

• Paid time off accrues each pay period and totals 15 days per year, in addition to 11 paid holidays.
• Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, and disability coverage are provided.
• Pre-tax HSA, FSA, and commuter benefits are available, including employer HSA contributions.
• After one year of employment, eligible employees may receive one three-to-four-night FAM trip per calendar year at an Inspirato property, subject to availability and program terms.
