Printer/Assistant Printer (Sheetfed)

Responsibilities

• Meet targets for productivity, quality, and material wastage as determined by management.
• Ensure machinery is well-maintained at all times by performing routine and daily preventive maintenance tasks.
• Comply fully with the organization's policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Practice safe working methods consistently in the workplace.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Printing or have 2 to 5 years of experience as an offset printing operator.
• Demonstrate strong color assessment capabilities alongside technical proficiency in diagnosing and solving machine-related problems.
• Be willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Having knowledge of ink formulation and experience with alcohol-free printing processes are advantageous.
• Candidates shortlisted for the role must participate in an onsite practical assessment lasting approximately 4 to 5 hours to evaluate their skill level.
