Principal Recruiter

About the Role

Coinbase is seeking a Principal Recruiter to join their Core Recruiting team within People Success. This full-time, remote role based in Singapore involves managing the entire recruitment cycle for complex, senior-level positions across the company's General & Administrative, Customer Experience, EAA, and IT portfolios. The recruiter will collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand talent needs, develop strong candidate pipelines, and improve recruitment processes globally. Coinbase is a remote-first organization that occasionally brings teams together for intensive in-person sessions called “surges.”

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from job intake through candidate closing for senior roles within the Core portfolio.
• Develop candidate pipelines by self-sourcing and competitive market analysis to maintain strong hiring momentum.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate hiring needs into targeted search strategies and deliver a positive candidate and interviewer experience.
• Ensure data accuracy and leverage pipeline analytics to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring effectiveness.
• Design and pilot recruiting processes that help scale the team's impact across global markets.

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in fast-paced technology companies or comparable high-growth settings, with proven success recruiting for G&A and/or technical roles.
• Experience building and expanding recruiting processes internationally.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the recruiting lifecycle including talent mapping, sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn recruiting metrics into actionable strategies.
• Responsible use of generative AI to enhance recruitment workflows while retaining human oversight to ensure quality outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a target annual base salary of SGD 212,200, excluding equity, bonus potential, and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage.
