Overview

The Western Maricopa Coalition (WESTMARC), based in Glendale, Arizona, invites dynamic and relationship-focused leaders to apply for the role of President & CEO. This position plays a vital role in guiding and advocating for the fast-expanding West Valley region of the Greater Phoenix Area.

Role Summary

As the chief executive officer, you will direct a team of seven employees and manage an operating budget of $1.5 million. You will lead program initiatives and events, foster collaboration among stakeholders, enhance membership engagement, and promote the West Valley’s narrative with enthusiasm, authority, and strategic intent.

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal applicant will be an articulate communicator and effective consensus-builder with strong business insight. Adeptness in financial management, public-private partnership facilitation, business development, or advocacy sectors is essential.
