Join HSBC's International Wealth and Premier Banking team to make a significant impact by supporting 41 million customers worldwide, including 6.7 million international clients. This team serves a diverse clientele ranging from retail to ultra high net worth individuals, managing their day-to-day finances and wealth growth through borderless banking and advanced mobile services. Key business areas span Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Asset Management, Global Private Banking, Insurance, and the Chief Operating Office.

We are recruiting a high-caliber Premier Wealth Relationship Manager (Offshore) based in Singapore. Applicants from India open to relocating are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Wealth Management colleagues such as investment, insurance, and treasury specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions to onshore premier clients.
• Exhibit strong self-initiative by sourcing and developing new business opportunities through active prospecting, leveraging networks to generate new client leads.
• Partner with wealth corporate account managers to acquire EBS clients.
• Regularly update premier clients about market developments and recommend wealth management products tailored to their financial needs.
• Analyze the market to discover potential client leads and opportunities, ensuring diversified and quality portfolios.
• Offer financial planning and advisory services aligned with client needs and investment profiles.
• Adopt proactive relationship management practices to deepen ties with existing customers, thereby supporting customer growth.
• Understand clients’ banking and financial requirements thoroughly and propose suitable solutions that provide exceptional customer experience consistent with HSBC’s standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong academic qualifications with in-depth knowledge of Wealth Management and proven success managing portfolios within Premier Banking.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial markets and investment products.
• Excellent interpersonal skills enabling both independent work and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Highly motivated and capable of thriving in a challenging environment.
• Outgoing, with strong communication and relational abilities.
• Resilient, approachable, entrepreneurial, and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Driven to succeed by identifying and fulfilling premier banking clients' wealth management needs.
