Job Overview
Join a leading HVAC company as a Plant Human Resources Executive based in Ahmednagar. This role involves managing all routine HR functions within the manufacturing plant to ensure smooth personnel operations.
Key Duties
- Oversee daily human resource activities at the plant location.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records including HRMIS, personnel files, and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, induction, confirmation, internal transfers, and exit procedures.
