Role Overview

We seek a dynamic and passionate Physics Teacher & Curriculum Expert to craft engaging educational materials and physical learning modules that break down standard physics theories into accessible, playful learning experiences. This position focuses on active learning rather than traditional memorization, helping children explore real-world physics embedded in agriculture.

Key Responsibilities

• Simplify and translate advanced physics principles into fun, hands-on experiments and learning activities.
• Create detailed educational guides, storyboard interactive narratives, and author clear, stepwise instructions for assembling agricultural physics kits.
• Partner closely with hardware and software teams to test and refine educational content for effectiveness and accuracy.
• Maintain rigorous conceptual precision while ensuring materials are captivating and gamified to enhance children's engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong foundational knowledge of core physics topics, preferably with academic background in Physics, Education, or Engineering.
• Experience teaching, mentoring, or developing curriculum tailored for children aged 8-14.
• Exceptional ability to communicate intricate scientific ideas through simple analogies grounded in everyday experiences.
• Advocate for experiential learning methods that emphasize active participation over rote memorization.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Compensation and Work Environment
