The company invests heavily in the development of its coaches, dedicating over AED 50,000 annually per coach, including AED 25,000 for first-year in-house training. PTD focuses on building long-term careers rather than temporary gigs.

Role Overview

As a Personal Trainer with PTD, you will provide training sessions directly at clients’ homes, villas, building gyms, or outdoors in accordance with PTD’s standards. Your sessions will often be the main activity of the day for many first-time trainees. You will be responsible for converting provided assessments into continuous paying clients and maintaining strong client retention through weekly tracking and proactive coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized training sessions at various client locations, ensuring professional standards are met.
• Convert at least 30 monthly booked assessments into long-term clients.
• Maintain client engagement and progress through consistent weekly measurements, habit coaching, and follow-up communications.
• Prepare daily notes for new clients and weekly progress reports using PTD’s templates outside the app.
• Manage punctuality and route planning efficiently, maintaining prompt communication primarily via WhatsApp.
• Uphold the PTD brand image professionally, proudly wearing the PTD uniform.

Coach Development and Support

• Engage in daily communication with your Team Leader for target setting, feedback, and problem-solving.
• Complete an intensive 10-day onboarding covering company presentations, client communication, assessment, closing, and retention techniques.
• Participate in weekly senior reviews analyzing clients to set actionable goals.
• Attend nine educational classes over eight weeks addressing common client inquiries based on extensive PTD case studies.
• Utilize PTD's app for bookings and payments, and their standard reporting templates for documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed minimum of 30 booked assessments per month with no need to chase leads.
• Base pay of AED 100 per session with volume bonuses starting at 100 sessions (bonus of AED 2,000) up to 150 sessions (AED 4,000 bonus).
• Performance-based additions including AED 200 per closed assessment and AED 500 per client referral.
• Retention incentives linked to renewals, referral streaks, and client loyalty over six months.
• Incremental raises for client session loyalty: AED 115 per session after 36 sessions and AED 125 after 72 sessions.
• Bonuses for testimonials including AED 200 for every five 1-minute videos and five 5-star Google reviews.
• Top achievers can earn between AED 22,000 and AED 25,000 monthly within a few months of joining.
• Initial car and fuel allowance (AED 2,000 rental plus AED 1,500 fuel) for the first two months.

Client Retention & Team Collaboration

• Maintain client momentum through regular check-ins, habit support, and fast communication even during client travel or holidays.
• Ensure roster fullness by timely backfilling and coordinated client transfers to teammates for uninterrupted service.
• Deliver premium-grade service, packages, and standards to guarantee client motivation and consistency.

Career and Commitment Tracks

• Track A involves a 24-month commitment with a AED 25,000 education scholarship and volume bonuses from day one; includes client non-solicitation agreements.
• Track B offers a flexible option with no scholarship, fewer perks early on, no volume bonus in first six months, with option to switch to Track A anytime.

Performance Milestones

• By Day 30: Complete onboarding, convert 30+ assessments, and maintain active daily notes.
• By Day 60: Conduct 100+ sessions monthly and establish weekly senior review routines.
• By Day 90: Achieve 130+ sessions monthly with strong client retention and maximum bonus potential.

Advancement Opportunities

After approximately two years and meeting leadership benchmarks, coaches may progress to Team Captain, mentoring peers and earning additional incentives.

Candidate Profile

• Collaborative team member who enjoys driving between diverse client locations.
• Minimum of 2 years’ personal training experience with demonstrable client success.
• Comfortable with sales approached as a service and capable of closing positively and clearly.
• Punctual, well-organized, and responsive communicator using WhatsApp and report submissions.
• Familiar with Abu Dhabi locales and possessing a UAE driving license is preferable.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as per client needs.
• Possesses a smartphone for app usage, maintains a professional appearance, and is fluent in English.

• This is a full-time, exclusive position offering visa and medical insurance coverage.
