Performance Test Engineer

Role Overview

As a Performance Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing performance testing strategies to detect and analyze bottlenecks within software applications, ensuring optimal system operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive performance testing plans aimed at identifying system inefficiencies.
• Evaluate test outcomes to measure performance indicators including throughput, response time, and utilization of resources.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve detected issues, suggesting enhancements where necessary.
• Compile detailed reports from testing results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders effectively.

Job Requirements

• Between one to three years of practical experience in performance testing, employing tools such as JMeter or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of software development life cycles and adeptness in working with interdisciplinary teams.
• Capability to develop intricate test scenarios, scripts, and comprehensive datasets suitable for processing large-scale system evaluations.
• Experience operating across multiple platforms including Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems.
