Role Overview

As a People Partner, you will bridge the gap between employees and business goals by collaborating directly with managers and teams across multiple regions including the US, Israel, and Europe.   • Coordinate organizational people rhythms, including performance review cycles, engagement surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process alongside hiring managers, from creating job descriptions and scorecards to managing interview logistics and candidate experience.
  • Enhance onboarding and employee programs across regions to promote a consistent and high-quality experience.
  • Partner with leadership, including the COO and Finance team, on workforce planning, headcount management, and compensation strategy.
  • Act as a trusted resource for employees addressing inquiries and concerns, aiding managerial and executive decisions focused on people-first solutions.

Candidate Profile

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in People Partner, HR Business Partner, or People Operations roles, preferably within fast-growing startups.
