Role Overview

As a People Partner, you will bridge the gap between employees and business goals by collaborating directly with managers and teams across multiple regions including the US, Israel, and Europe. Reporting to the COO, you will manage day-to-day people operations while contributing to shaping the company’s culture and operational processes, ensuring scalable growth in a dynamic environment with around 60 employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to enhance team health, guide performance discussions, provide clear role expectations, and facilitate feedback cycles.
• Oversee core aspects of employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, job transitions, and compliance audits, mainly utilizing Rippling.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of data across HR tools such as Rippling, Ashby, and Notion, ensuring reliable reporting.
• Coordinate organizational people rhythms, including performance review cycles, engagement surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process alongside hiring managers, from creating job descriptions and scorecards to managing interview logistics and candidate experience.
• Enhance onboarding and employee programs across regions to promote a consistent and high-quality experience.
• Partner with leadership, including the COO and Finance team, on workforce planning, headcount management, and compensation strategy.
• Act as a trusted resource for employees addressing inquiries and concerns, aiding managerial and executive decisions focused on people-first solutions.

Candidate Profile

• 5 to 8 years of experience in People Partner, HR Business Partner, or People Operations roles, preferably within fast-growing startups.
• Strong operational skills: highly organized, reliable, and adept at establishing processes where needed.
• Proficient in coaching managers on feedback delivery, alignment, and performance management.
• Familiarity with HR platforms like Rippling, Ashby, and Notion, or the capacity to quickly learn new systems.
• Excellent communication abilities coupled with sound judgment and discretion handling sensitive information.
• Comfortable working across US, Israel, and European time zones with a global perspective.
• Proactive and able to thrive amidst ambiguity and fast-paced change.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in startups or scaling organizations.
• Knowledge of US labor laws as well as international employment standards including those in Israel and Europe.
• Exposure to compensation benchmarking and people analytics.
