People Ops / Recruiting Evaluator

About the Role

This opportunity is for a people operations and recruiting evaluator working with a remote team that connects high-caliber creative and technical professionals to AI research organizations. The position focuses on reviewing AI-produced work and giving precise feedback to help improve output quality.

Compensation

The pay range for this contract role is $80 to $120 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated materials using role-specific quality standards.
• Spot mistakes related to facts, visual quality, and formatting across documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Write clear and organized feedback that helps refine model outputs.
• Use strong subject knowledge to assess accuracy and overall rigor.
• Work autonomously and on an asynchronous schedule while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in people operations or recruiting.
• Strong command of English at a native or professional level.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in Slides.

Preferred Profile

• A master's degree or higher from a well-regarded institution is preferred.
