Job Summary

The position is for a Soft Skills Trainer based in Bhopal, responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive training programs aimed at undergraduate and postgraduate students. The focus is on developing spoken English and personal development skills to boost employability and prepare students for interviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute training curricula tailored to meet industry standards and expectations.
• Assess students’ proficiency levels and specific learning requirements through needs analysis.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in the training department to ensure cohesive program delivery.
• Develop educational materials including handouts, workbooks, presentation slides, videos, and audio content like podcasts.
• Facilitate group discussions to enhance communication capabilities among participants.
