Role Overview

The Team Member position plays a crucial role in delivering a memorable store experience. This role requires a customer-centric mindset, enthusiasm for the product, and a dedication to fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Team Members will engage customers through personalized service, styling, and education, aiming to exceed sales goals and uphold the brand's values.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome each customer with genuine engagement, aligning with the brand’s mission and inclusivity values.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of products, fitting, and sizing to confidently assist customers and build their loyalty.
• Use professional behavior and polished communication to maintain the store's premium atmosphere, even during busy periods.
• Maintain store presentation by keeping the sales floor organized, stocked, and tidy, especially during peak times.
• Utilize company resources and collaborate with team members to effectively handle changes and challenges, prioritizing the customer experience.
• Adapt to different store areas as needed, embracing training and coaching with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Seek feedback actively, demonstrating curiosity and commitment to personal and professional growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability including weekdays and weekends, with at least 14 hours open availability on both Saturday and Sunday and at least one closing shift over the weekend.
• Availability for a minimum of three closing shifts.
• Strong passion for customer service and genuine willingness to assist others.
• Ability to work skilfully under pressure in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills paired with a proactive and solution-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and take on new responsibilities enthusiastically.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or service industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Affinity and enthusiasm for SKIMS products and company values.
• Capability to stand and stay physically active throughout entire shifts, accessible to customers at all times.
• Physical ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds frequently during shifts.
• Preference for candidates who do not aspire to be social media influencers.
